Job Description

  • Develop and implement structured templates to evaluate and provide detailed feedback on student submissions.
  • Conduct internal quality assurance of Teaching Assistants' work and maintain professional communication with co-assessors and verifiers.
  • Continuously improve the marking and assessment process to enhance academic quality.
  • Identify and report student misconduct, including plagiarism, AI detection, and other academic malpractices.
  • Innovate strategies to elevate the marking process, aligning with the department's academic vision and goals.
  • Ensure the application of international academic standards in programs such as ATHE, IBAS, Vern, and others.
  • Oversee and guide learners on dissertations, theses, and final projects to support their research and application processes.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on dissertations, theses, and final project papers, ensuring high standards of academic excellence.

Job Requirements

  • A Doctorate (PhD or DBA) in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in academic assessment and quality assurance in higher education institutions.
  • Strong understanding of international academic standards, with experience in programs such as ATHE, IBAS, and Vern.
  • Familiarity with the use of AI detection tools and the ability to recognize academic malpractice.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in supervising doctoral theses, dissertations, and final projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff and assessors to ensure consistent and fair marking
