Job Description
- Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, quotes and contracts.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team.
- Handle customer orders, track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on sales leads and support the sales team daily activities.
- Handle office administrative duties related to sales operations,
- Resolve issues related to orders, billing or delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
Job Requirements
- Problem Solving and multitasking abilities.
- Organization and time management.
- Good presentation, communication & negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good level of English spoken & written.
