Job Description Prepare the process staff claims to ensure all claims are paid efficiently and in a timely manner. Communicate with relevant staff to address and resolve claim-related inquiries. Prepare payment vouchers and notify individual staff regarding claim advice. Handle external and internal queries from staff and vendors via phone and email.
