Organization: Gas Services Business Unit: Service Middle East Full-time Experience Level: Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day: As an OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity Technical Solution Architect Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will be at the forefront of protecting mission-critical systems and critical national infrastructure. Your day will involve engaging with customers to understand and shape their cybersecurity requirements, developing high-quality solutions for complex projects, and ensuring successful implementation within tight timelines. You will adapt Siemens Energy’s cybersecurity portfolio to meet regulatory and compliance needs while staying ahead of competitors. How You’ll Make an Impact:

Lead the execution of OT cybersecurity workshops, risk assessments, and remediation engagements for customers.
Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and gap analyses.
Perform audits in compliance with standards such as NERC CIP and IEC 62443.
Design and implement vendor-agnostic cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems.
Successfully execute onsite implementation and engineering of OT cybersecurity solutions.
Provide in-depth technical analysis and guidance on industrial control systems security trends.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver OT cybersecurity proposals and scope of work documents.
Conduct thorough security reviews and assessments of customers’ operational technology and OT security risk landscapes.
Work with global cybersecurity teams to develop contextualized product and service offerings aimed at reducing cybersecurity risk in OT environments.
Apply deep cybersecurity skills to design, build, and protect industrial control systems, applications, data, assets, and people.
Support the regional cybersecurity team in defining strategies in alignment with the group-level objective.

What you Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, I&C or related fields.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant technical or consulting environment, with at least 5 years dedicated to supporting PLC, DCS, SIS, or SCADA systems.
Skilled in supporting and troubleshooting industrial protocols such as OPC, Modbus TCP, HART, and Foundation Fieldbus.
Demonstrated experience with ICS systems and security industry practices.
Experienced in the sales, development, or operation of IT or OT Managed Security Services.
Ability to create business value for various stakeholders through innovative thinking.
Familiar with critical infrastructure and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
Proficient in cybersecurity technologies, tools, and techniques.
Comprehensive working knowledge of standards such as IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, and NERC CIP.
Preferred certifications include GICSP, CISSP, ISA99, CCSA, CCSE, CRISC, CCSP, and EC-Council Ethical Hacker.
Experience in deploying or supporting security practices and technologies in industrial environments.
Experience in technical project coordination or project management.
Travel Availability: Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed.
