Job Summary: We’re searching for a Brand & Communication Genius who thrives in the FMCG world, stays ahead of social trends, and understands Saudi culture deeply. You will be responsible for shaping and elevating DFF’s brand identity, ensuring our message resonates with local pet owners and positions us as a trusted leader in the pet food market. This role requires a sharp, creative thinker who can navigate the complexities of digital and traditional media to build brand loyalty and engagement for Horayra, Purevet, and Kulaib. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement effective branding strategies that emphasize DFF’s commitment to quality, health benefits, and innovation for pets. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints for Horayra, Purevet, and Kulaib.
Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop compelling content that connects emotionally with the target audience, aligns with Saudi values, and positions DFF as a caring, expert brand for pets.
Social Media Management: Manage DFF’s social media presence, capitalizing on trending topics, cultural moments, and local events to drive engagement. Ensure a strong, authentic voice that resonates with the Saudi market.
Advertising & Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns, collaborating with creative teams to produce impactful ads for digital, print, and traditional channels.
Market Analysis: Stay alert to competitor strategies, FMCG trends, and emerging consumer behaviors, using insights to adjust branding strategies effectively.
Brand Partnerships: Identify and build partnerships with influencers, local organizations, and events that align with DFF’s brand values and reach our target audience.
Internal Communication: Work with various departments to ensure brand alignment and effective communication across all levels of the company.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in FMCG brand management or communication, with a proven track record of brand-building in the Saudi market.
Social Media Savvy: Expert knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and strategies, particularly within the Saudi and Middle Eastern context.
Cultural Insight: Deep understanding of Saudi culture, values, and consumer behavior, especially regarding pets and family lifestyles.
Creativity & Innovation: Strong creative and analytical abilities to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to DFF’s branding efforts.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Arabic and English language skills, both verbal and written.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
