Job details

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide IT support for employees, manage company assets, and ensure the proper functioning of devices and printers. The role involves preparing and configuring new devices, troubleshooting issues, and handling user account management. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to internal employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  2. Prepare, configure, and deploy new devices (PCs, laptops, etc.) with Windows OS.
  3. Manage and maintain company IT assets (computers, printers, and other devices).
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve device and printer-related issues.
  5. Handle user account management.
  6. Track and resolve IT issues using appropriate tools.
  7. Ensure that company IT resources are maintained and properly assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a related role.
  3. Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  4. Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, VPN).
  5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to support employees effectively.
