JASARA are currently looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our innovative team. The Senior Design Manager will have a structural engineering background to lead the Industrialised Construction Consultant in their delivery of Structural Platforms for the Neighbourhoods. The role involves working with the ICC to deliver the structural platform design that will be implemented by all Neighborhood Engineers within THE LINE. The candidate will also collaborate with the ICC on lifting strategies and construction methodology of the kits of parts. Responsibilities:

  1. Active Structural Engineer, capable of reviewing and commenting on structural engineering design.
  2. Experience in Industrialised Construction, including Modular construction and Design for Manufacture and Assembly.
  3. Design Consultancy experience as a Structural Engineer.
  4. Experience overseeing Multidisciplinary design.
  5. Medium or high rise building experience required.
  6. Experience of seeing designs through to construction.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 25 years of relevant experience in design management.
  3. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  4. Proven track record of successful project delivery within specified timeframes and budgets.
  5. In-depth knowledge of design software and tools.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
