ABOUT THE POSITION

  1. Secure the achievement of the sales targets in the respective region in terms of units and margins.
  2. Implement the commercial strategy for Passenger and Light Truck Tires (PLT) in the respective region.
  3. Support Retail Development and Marketing Activities to achieve the defined targets per area.
  4. Report to Direct Manager on market and customer development (incl. competition).
  5. Develop the regional sales with the existing customer base by activating different sales activities.
  6. Identify new business opportunities in the area (customers, channels, etc.).
  7. Exchange information on product, price, promotions, people, place, and processes with the Direct Manager and supporting departments in Almutlak Continental on a regular basis.
  8. Consult the existing customers where possible in their daily operations and find solutions for the customers actively.
  9. Communicate and interact frequently with the team members of Almutlak Continental.
  10. Help to implement the marketing plan of Almutlak Continental.
  11. Find new customers for Almutlak Continental and actively lead the acquisition process.
  12. Represent the selected brands of Almutlak Continental in the region and adhere to all company policies and business ethics.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
  1. University degree.
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in PLT Business.
