Senior Project Manager Job Description Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Join Linxon! The selected candidate will hold the overall responsibility for the management of large-scale, multimillion-SAR projects, including commercial, technical & site construction responsibilities that achieve or exceed performance targets. Responsibilities include:

Acting as the senior customer interface for allocated projects, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard and customer expectations are exceeded.
Meeting regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to report on project progress.
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships.
Ensuring Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements are implemented to the highest standards.
Managing the selection of subcontracted activities, plant, and services, including negotiating contract terms and conditions.
Implementing strong Risk and Opportunity Management.
Ensuring the highest Quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
Managing the appropriate use of technical and human resources on the allocated projects.
Supporting future order capture by providing advice, input, and knowledge to the sales and tendering teams.

Experience and Education Required: Over 10 years of experience in Electrical Transmission projects, including Civil Construction. An Electrical Engineering Certificate is required. A Project Management Certification, or a PMP certification, is also preferable. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership in challenging situations, initiative, creativity, and compliance with Linxon’s Code of Conduct.
