The role serves as the main customer interface for technical expertise in launching, integrating, and managing commercial card payment processing . It ensures seamless collaboration between clients and delivery teams , validating technical requirements and removing delivery blockers. Additionally, the role supports sales growth by leveraging product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell solutions , aligning client needs with the Network One processing platform . It works closely with Sales, Account Management, and Commercial Payments teams to drive successful implementations and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. The successful candidate must show deep understanding of the technical aspects of processing platform deployment and its architecture and connectivity to customer core systems.
  2. Prepare and manage technical workshops with prospect customers, provide solution demos and training, and handle technical queries.
  3. Prepare technical write-ups, SOW, technical proposals, and presentations.
  4. Provide overview of Networks core processing platform, middleware, and API integration options to prospect customers.
  5. Requirements gathering and analysis to tailor solutions that address customer needs and concerns in the best way and collaborate with the Commercial Product Manager at NI headquarters for enhancements.
  6. Lead knowledge sharing sessions and training for local sales teams to ensure they are kept abreast of new and evolved solutions and identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell of existing and new Network solutions.
  7. Lead the efforts for technical response to RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with internal teams by providing domain knowledge to ensure packaging of relevant solutions.
  8. Convert the pipeline to successful sales closure and the successful candidate will be measured against targets based on revenue targets.
  9. Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product/service results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
  10. Establish effective relationships with all internal Network Units.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
  2. 6+ years of experience in KSA in customer-facing, Technical sales, or Product Sales roles in the Financial Services industry (Issuing or Processing), either directly or through the provision of services to Issuers.
  3. Relevant technology experience in Financial Services.
  4. Strong understanding of technical aspects of modern card Core processing such as API connectivity, Card Management systems, switch, middleware, overall orchestration.
  5. Cards scheme (Visa or Mastercard) Core product knowledge.
  6. Expertise in Commercial Cards product offered by the schemes is not mandatory but is a strong advantage in the selection process.
