Project Coordinator - Seasonal

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Track project progress and provide regular status reports to the project manager and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors.
Organize and attend project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and address any delays or issues that arise.
Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
Support the project manager in handling day-to-day project activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
