Legal & Compliance Executive Osborne is delighted to be partnered with one of the most successful, growing Pensions Funds Management organisations in the country. Due to the shift in regulatory focus in this area, they are looking to expand their team through the creation of a new position which will involve extensive work in property transactions and management of compliance, governance and risk. This permanent hybrid role, based in the centre of Dublin, will be of pivotal importance to the wider team which works in collaboration with brokers to ensure correct administration of a wide number of Pensions Funds and Assets, many of which include Real Estate. Role and Responsibilities As a Legal & Compliance Executive, you can expect to be involved in the following areas, among others: Property Transactions Assisting in the administration and execution of Commercial and Residential Property transactions as part of self-administered pensions Compliance Working with the Compliance Team to monitor regulatory developments, ongoing compliance, and potential risk in Finance, Property and Pensions Law. Query and Complaint Handling Responding to or escalating complaints received relating to the delivery of services Corporate Governance Addressing key governance issues, working with Directors to ensure governance requirements are met. Candidate Characteristics You should apply for this role if you have all or most of the following: A level 8 Qualification in Law, Compliance, Governance or similar. A strong background working with Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Financial Services and Regulation, and Pensions Law. Demonstrable knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures. Some experience working with Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial matters. Excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with stakeholders at all levels A desire to take on a permanent, long-term role and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
