Senior Technical Support IT Engineer L2 - Dublin - Hybrid 2 - 3 days WFH. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Technical Support IT Engineer L2 who wants to bring their skills and experience to the next level. The role offers training and experience, with a pathway to Field Service Engineer work on interesting projects. The client encourages and funds Microsoft Certification Training. The client is based in North Dublin and is a small, growing IT services company, offering a happy work environment. The small team collaborates well, and the client seeks a Helpdesk IT Support Engineer with a positive attitude and ambition to advance. As a Technical Support Helpdesk Engineer, you will need at least 4+ years of current experience in 2nd level technical support and remote IT support work within a Microsoft environment using Windows 10, Office365, and Active Directory, with an interest in networking. You will have a career pathway towards a Level 3 Technical Support job or IT project work, with mentorship and encouragement to help you progress. You will be encouraged to study for and gain your Microsoft certifications.Requirements
Requirements for Senior Technical Support IT Engineer Level 2- Current IT Engineer or 2nd Level technical support experience.
- Strong & Proven Technical Support, about 5+ years experience.
- Experience with Windows 10.
- Office365 Admin experience.
- Active Directory experience.
- Hyper-V experience.
- Firewall or Sonicwall experience is a strong bonus.
- Project experience, as you will be able to run projects.
- Must be based in Ireland and legally able to work here with the correct visa.
- Perfect clear English with excellent communication skills.
