We are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Clerk to join our dynamic construction team in Wexford. The Site Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction site by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting site management. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, attendance, and materials used. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders. - Coordinate communication between site management, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Manage and organize site files, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and easily accessible. - Support the Site Manager in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. - Assist with health and safety compliance by maintaining records of safety inspections and incidents. - Handle general inquiries from site personnel and provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction industry. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is an advantage.
