Finishing Site Manager - Greater Dublin Area Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 Location: Greater Dublin Area About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Finishing Site Manager to oversee the commercial fitout projects across the Greater Dublin Area. You will be responsible for ensuring all finishing works are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget, while ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all finishing works including painting, tiling, flooring, and joinery. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and internal teams involved in the finishing phase. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site. Liaise with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Monitor project budgets and ensure the finishing phase is completed on time and within budget. Report progress to the Project Manager and address any delays or issues. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a finishing management role. Experience managing finishing trades (painting, tiling, flooring, joinery) on commercial or residential projects. CSCS card holder (essential), SMSTS (desirable). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively. Working Conditions: Projects based across the Greater Dublin Area. Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 per annum, based on experience.
