We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. If you have great communication skills and enjoy engaging with people, this role is perfect for you!Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our public speaking and enrichment programs.
- Call and follow up with leads to attend free trial classes conducted by Speech Academy Asia.
- Promote trial classes for English and Mandarin Public Speaking classes.
- Send follow-up text messages to parents who have agreed to attend trial classes.
- Provide accurate information about courses, promotions, and registration processes.
- Maintain a detailed and updated database of customer interactions, ensuring it is updated after every call.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor .
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and follow-ups.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid : Combination of office and remote work during the probation period.
- Work-from-home : Fully remote after successfully passing probation.
