Financial Controller An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller to join a dynamic and essential organisation in the broadcasting and telecommunications sector. As a key member of management, you will oversee financial operations, provide strategic guidance, and ensure sound financial decision-making that supports long-term business objectives. With a turnover of €25 million and a diverse revenue stream from broadcasting, site hosting, and telecommunications, this role offers the chance to work in a complex, high-impact environment where your expertise will be valued. Reporting to the Executive Director and with a functional link to the Group CFO, you will lead a small but dedicated finance team of 4, managing budgeting, regulatory reporting, and financial planning. This position is ideal for a qualified accountant with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering financial leadership in a fast-paced industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing board reports, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring robust financial controls. Experience in broadcasting, telecommunications, or a related sector would be an advantage. Still, more importantly, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
