Senior B2B Sales Executive – High-Earning Sales Opportunity! Company: The Momentum LTD Earnings: $8,000 – $15,000+ per month (Base + Commission) Contract Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based Why Join Us?

Competitive Commission Plan:
  1. Base Commission:
  • $0 – $5,000 Sales → 15% Commission
  • $5,000 – $10,000 Sales → 17.5% Commission
  • $10,000 – $15,000 Sales → 20% Commission
  • $15,000 – $20,000 Sales → 22.5% Commission
  • $20,000+ Sales → 25% Commission
Monthly Retainer & Performance Bonuses:
  • $800 Retainer for reaching $5,000 in monthly sales.
  • $1,000 Retainer for reaching $10,000 in monthly sales.
  • $1,200 Retainer for reaching $15,000 in monthly sales.
  • $1,500 Retainer for reaching $20,000 in monthly sales.
  • $1,000 Bonus for every additional $5,000 in sales beyond $20,000.
Commission is paid in one installment when the client makes the final payment (typically within 15 days of invoice). Your Role:
  1. Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earnings.

  • Product Knowledge (Logo Mats): Understanding different mat materials, printing processes, sizes, thicknesses, and their suitability for various environments (e.g., indoor/outdoor, high traffic). They must be able to explain the benefits of each option.
  • Communication (Clear & Concise): Explaining technical details about the mats in a way that's easy for the customer to understand.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Presenting the value proposition of a logo mat (branding, safety, cleanliness), handling objections about price, and closing the sale.
  • Relationship Building: Building rapport with clients, understanding their business, and fostering long-term relationships for repeat business.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring the logo is accurately represented on the mat, confirming sizes and specifications, and managing the order process smoothly.
