- $0 – $5,000 Sales → 15% Commission
- $5,000 – $10,000 Sales → 17.5% Commission
- $10,000 – $15,000 Sales → 20% Commission
- $15,000 – $20,000 Sales → 22.5% Commission
- $20,000+ Sales → 25% Commission
- $800 Retainer for reaching $5,000 in monthly sales.
- $1,000 Retainer for reaching $10,000 in monthly sales.
- $1,200 Retainer for reaching $15,000 in monthly sales.
- $1,500 Retainer for reaching $20,000 in monthly sales.

- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

- Product Knowledge (Logo Mats): Understanding different mat materials, printing processes, sizes, thicknesses, and their suitability for various environments (e.g., indoor/outdoor, high traffic). They must be able to explain the benefits of each option.
- Communication (Clear & Concise): Explaining technical details about the mats in a way that's easy for the customer to understand.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Presenting the value proposition of a logo mat (branding, safety, cleanliness), handling objections about price, and closing the sale.
- Relationship Building: Building rapport with clients, understanding their business, and fostering long-term relationships for repeat business.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring the logo is accurately represented on the mat, confirming sizes and specifications, and managing the order process smoothly.
