Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Administrator/WMS Clerk/Administrator to join our logistics and supply chain team at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining accurate records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain and update records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure real-time tracking of stock levels and movements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare reports related to inventory levels, order status, and logistics performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving WMS-related issues and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within warehouse operations.
  • Support warehouse staff with system-related queries and provide necessary training when needed.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and database management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail, real estate, or financial services industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of logistics regulations and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems related to warehouse and inventory management.
