Responsibilities

  • Responsible for greeting clients and providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Promptly and professionally answer phone calls and address client inquiries.
  • Responsible for handling phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensures seamless appointment scheduling for diverse spa services, encompassing massage therapy, facials, and body treatments.
Skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and promote a positive spa environment.
  • Strong customer service skills required to ensure a positive and delightful experience for all clients.
  • Excellent communication abilities needed to engage with clients, respond to queries, and offer appropriate assistance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail essential to maintain accuracy in appointment scheduling and payment processing.
