Job details

To manage customer relationships and opportunities from current and new customers and close deals professionally to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and market penetration within the assigned market segment. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieve sales targets set by the Maintenance Sales Manager.
  • Constantly conduct visits to clients and provide them with the latest information about various service facilities to ensure the renewal of contracts and future proposed projects for new sales.
  • Secure and generate opportunities and projects with possible prospects.
  • Closely work with the contracts department when preparing contracts and get their input.
  • Assemble and maintain records on competitors, such as range of products, strengths, weaknesses, pricing structure, etc.
  • Develop and conduct a yearly market intelligence survey.
  • Establish and maintain powerful long-term relationships with customers.
  • Document customer details and data properly.
Job Specifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Must be bilingual (Arabic-English).
