Job Description:

  • Explore and develop new market and customers potential.
  • Plan, manage and lead the sales, revenue stream and forecasts.
  • Ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's multiple functions, interdivisions, and business continuity.
  • Plan, support, manage and lead sales and marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with individual, business customers and partners.
  • Promote sales to existing clients as well as identify and acquire new clienteles.
  • Assess client and market need and develop the appropriate goods, systems, or services.
  • Research and analyze competitors, market trends and factors influencing business performance.
  • Develop promotional and marketing strategies, exploit tactics to increase the commercial potential of the company and its revenue.
  • Manage customer support.
  • Troubleshoot customers' problems.
  • Foster a high performing working environment where people are accountable and meet their professional commitments and work cohesively in teams.
  • Develop, monitor, and enforce sales targets to Sales team in accordance with business forecasts.
  • Align with Pre/post Sales and implementation for optimization.
Knowledge:
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of contract terms, conditions, financial and legal implications on the company. Candidate must have excellent negotiation skills and how to seek a win-win contract situation.
  • Knowledge of local laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders.
  • Industry insight, Projects heatmap, budget allocations and spending forecasts.
  • Competitors' behavior, qualifications, and operations.
  • Available and future technology, advantages, limitations, and risks.
  • Solution oriented, Focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting clients' problems and overcoming obstacles.
Experience: Candidate to demonstrate strong qualification in forecasting, developing, managing, and achieving annual sales targets, sales growth with extensive client portfolio of complex low current systems:
  • Security System: CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, FIRE ALARM, PUBLIC ADDRESS AND EVACUATION SYSTEM, PHYSICAL BARRIERS, PSIM, IDAS, SMS, VMS, IDMS, XRAY SCREENING, ETC.
  • Audio Visual System: Sound System, Interactive screen, Video conference and collaboration systems, control system, video walls, Direct LED, Digital Signage, Projectors, stage light, etc.
  • Telecommunication: Active and Passive system, OSP, Satellite communication, Tetra communication.
  • ELV, signal flow, cabling, Information Technology.
Years of Experience & Educational Background:
  • Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Engineering
