We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the digital and technology sector, with a proven track record of building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  3. Identify potential clients and market trends within the website development industry.
  4. Lead the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the digital, IT, or website development industry.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  5. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
