Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the companys social media accounts on platforms like, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create and execute a strategic content plan, including scheduling posts and producing engaging content (text, images, and videos) that aligns with the brand identity.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content strategies.
  • Engage with the online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding marketing, design, and contentto ensure a cohesive and effective digital communication strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve engagement and reach.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Coordinate with external partners, influencers, or agencies when necessary to amplify brand messaging and campaign reach.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of social media policies and guidelines to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and ethical practices across all platforms.
  • Create and manage a robust editorial calendar for blog posts, articles, and other content.
  • Stay up to date with emerging marketing technologies and platforms.
  • Prepare detailed marketing reports and present findings to senior management.
