The Role As a Cluster Executive Pastry Chef, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by supporting the food production across multiple properties. This includes overseeing the operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the main pastry and bakery production related to each business unit. Members of the Culinary Department are responsible for ensuring that all visitors to the hotel are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings in every area of the hotel, and that F&B is regarded as a strong point of differentiation for the hotel in its local market. As an Executive Pastry Chef, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading all aspects of pastry and bakery culinary operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Driving innovation in pastry and bakery concepts, ensuring that our offerings remain at the forefront of culinary trends.
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B teams to create menus that are aligned with luxury guest expectations and local market preferences.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency in line with Red Sea Global Hospitality’s brand.
- Managing pastry culinary budgets, including food costs, labor, and expenses, ensuring profitability without compromising on quality.
- Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement in the pastry culinary, leading the development of new recipes and techniques.
- Developing, mentoring, and training junior pastry chefs, ensuring the next generation of talent is nurtured within the company.
- Being an ambassador of culinary excellence at Red Sea Global Hospitality by supporting new hotel openings and participating in Task Force missions.
- Competing and representing Red Sea Global Hospitality in prestigious culinary competitions for innovation and excellence in pastry art.
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, continuously reviewing culinary practices and product standards.

- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate & thorough understanding of all occupational health and safety issues
- Specialized in Pastry in relevant Culinary School or College Diploma, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the same culinary position, preferably in similar operations style
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Good presentation and influencing skills
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
