Job details

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator trainee under the Tamheer program. The Tamheer program is a six-month-long on-the-job training program which provides Saudi graduates with financial support of 3000 SR per month by HRDF. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, updates, and deliverables with team members and stakeholders.
  3. Track and report on the progress of project activities to ensure alignment with deadlines and objectives. Provide status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
  4. Help allocate resources across project tasks, ensuring optimal utilization.
  5. Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clear and met.
  6. Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
  7. Collaborate with the team to resolve day-to-day challenges.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT field.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
