The Client: Our client is a leading company dedicated to driving strategic growth and operational excellence based in Mecca, KSA. As they continue to enhance their market presence, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Planning professional to join their Strategic Management Office and contribute to the company's long-term success. The Role: As part of the Strategic Management Office, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future direction by evaluating internal and external factors, defining strategic priorities, and developing actionable plans. This role demands a proactive and analytical approach to strategic planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Conduct in-depth evaluations of internal capabilities and external market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
  2. Define strategic priorities based on feasibility, impact, cost, and overall business alignment.
  3. Develop clear and measurable goals, key performance indicators, and success metrics.
  4. Create strategic plans to bridge the gap between current performance and long-term objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  6. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
  7. Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and adjustments.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance strategic planning methodologies.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. 1-4 years of experience in Strategic Planning, preferably within the manufacturing and distribution sector.
  2. As per Saudi government initiatives, locals would be highly preferred in this role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business environments.
  4. Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, including setting priorities and defining success metrics.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  7. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  8. Candidates with experience in Civil, Construction, Engineering, IT, or Telecom industries need not apply.
