Job Overview The Sales Manager for Cisco is responsible for driving company revenue by managing and motivating the Sales Team to meet budgeted sales targets. This role involves supervising daily sales operations, evaluating performance, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening relationships with major accounts. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in achieving business growth, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Aiming to achieve the budgeted sales volumes and revenues of the company.
  2. Managing and motivating the Sales Team, aiming to achieve their budgeted sales volumes and revenues, reviewing sales staff performance quarterly and agreeing on action plans.
  3. Achieving targeted business growth according to sales plan and budget.
  4. Controlling the performance of all salespeople in the department through the comparison of actual vs. targeted sales and providing feedback to the Top Management in terms of guidelines and coaching.
  5. Supervising the day-to-day operation of the sales department to ensure that all company policies and procedures are respected.
  6. Evaluating channels and developing the company’s strategy by profiling and selecting the right channel partners in cooperation with the Management.
  7. Assisting Product Managers, as well as Sales Representatives, in conducting calls on potential/current customers to promote the relationship and additional sales of products.
  8. Strengthening the relationship with key decision makers of major accounts.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering.
  2. 5 years (minimum) experience in selling IT Solutions and Services to Business.
  3. Experience in selling Cisco products will be considered an advantage.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills including influencing skills and the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.
  5. Capacity to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
  6. Fluent in English and Arabic.
