Our client is a Global International Retail Group , seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their team. As a Recruitment Manager you will play a crucial role in leading and driving talent acquisition strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Implement and manage recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a positive candidate experience.
  4. Oversee the recruitment team, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development.
  5. Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and meet hiring targets.
  6. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Must have:

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role in retail companies.
