Personal Care Arabia is the largest business in Arabia with a unique market model with seven countries, six principal legal entities (of which three are partnerships involving local partners) and five distribution joint ventures across the geography.JOB PURPOSE
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive Unilever’s growth engine into the future! We are looking for a driven, proactive, creative, and organized Assistant Brand Manager who will be responsible for leading the activation of our Deos strategy in Saudi Arabia. Using breakthrough thinking, consumer, brand and customer understanding to create a clear and ambitious growth vision and strategy for the assigned portfolio, you will be part of the PC Arabia marketing team working across a range of varied and exciting brand projects.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As the Assistant Brand Manager Deos for Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for:- Deos portfolio in Saudi Arabia
- Leading innovation / renovation / saving projects with project teams & other functional teams to bring products to market on time including creating winning trade stories for 2025 & onwards.
- Business Accountability, Driving Competitive Growth & Profitability targets for the brands
- Co-creating the strategy and 8 quarter plans of the brands focusing on the trends & the business objectives.
- Working closely with agency partners & global team to ensure the Category becomes #unstoppable by always having an outstanding brand communication & activation.
- Managing the marketing budget, ensure saliency through consistent & relevant communication.
- Working with media and digital marketing & commerce teams to plan & execute & optimize the media plans for relevant categories.
- Co-leading the P&L of the Category in Saudi Arabia
- Other Deos category wide responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in brand management in FMCG or Beauty Industry.
- Marketing skills: brand development, brand performance analysis
- Rigor to be able to navigate in a complex environment full of opportunities
- Personal ambition to succeed and guided by a strong Inner Game
- Obsessive in consumer Intimacy and completely immersed in the world of the consumer, intimately understanding consumers current needs and curious about future needs.
- Embrace a high growth mindset with strong love for consumers, shoppers and customers.

- Equipped with media savvy particularly in digital marketing and know-how.
