KLCCA Legal Consulting and Corporate Affairs Company announces a job in Jeddah for a “Corporate Governance and Investor Relations Officer” for Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company , a special client in the steel industry in KSA. The Al Yamamah company in Jeddah is looking for a corporate governance and investor relations officer (both sexes) to implement the corporate governance framework, investor relations, and compliance, ensuring operations comply with CMA laws, regulations, and standards. This role involves working closely with the CEO, Senior Management, Board of Directors, and Shareholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Governance Framework Development and Execution: Develop and implement governance policies and procedures in line with regulations and best practices. Regularly review and update governance documents.
  2. Compliance Oversight: Monitor compliance with corporate laws and internal policies. Manage disclosure forms and reports, ensuring timely submissions.
  3. Board Support: Organize and coordinate Board and committee meetings, including scheduling and material distribution. Record accurate minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and assess governance-related risks. Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams on risk mitigation strategies.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders. Strengthen investor relations and manage the complaint register.
  6. Communication Strategy: Develop and implement an investor relations program. Create presentations and communication materials for earnings releases and industry events.
  7. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and investor sentiment. Provide feedback to senior management on market perceptions.
  8. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and meetings.
  9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with investor communication and disclosure requirements. Coordinate the preparation of financial disclosures.
  10. Event Coordination: Organize and manage investor events, including annual general meetings and roadshows.
  11. Organizing Investment Events: Participate in the organization of meetings and investor presentations.
Other:
  • Salary will be determined based on experience and interview evaluation.
  • Working hours: 07:30 am to 05:30 pm (Sunday to Thursday).
  • Preferably a resident near the workplace.
  • Experience in managing websites and social media accounts is preferred.
  • Final selection is made by Senior Management at Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Suitable legal qualification (Minimum of Bachelor Degree).
  • Good appearance.
  • Strong communication and public relations skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience (preferably in companies regulated by the money market).
  • Proficient in computer, internet, email, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to innovate and solve organizational problems.
