Key Accountability

• Issue and receive materials to and from direct labor teams and contractors.
• Perform routine stock checks, including cycle counts and stock rotation, in line with company quality procedures.
• Safely check and unload deliveries, ensuring they are placed in designated storage areas.
• Receive fuel deliveries in a safe and controlled manner, adhering to safety protocols.
• Serve credit and cash customers at the stores counter professionally and efficiently.
• Input stock movements and transactions into the stores management system.
• Assist in placing purchase orders under the guidance of the Stores Manager or during their absence.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the main store and temporary off-site storage locations.
• Ensure the store and yard areas are clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency requests for issuing materials outside regular working hours as part of the stores team.
