Job Purpose The IT Lead is responsible for the day to day running of the IT related Tasks in a project on behalf of the Project Manager. They may lead and manage a project team in case of an IT Project. The IT Lead Manager must have the necessary skills and experience. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Plan the project IT Work stream. This covers a multitude of activities. The degree to which the project manager personally plans the project will depend upon its scale.
Design project technical control mechanisms. Assist the Project manager assigned on report progress, control change, manage risks
Design control and reporting mechanisms that suit project and adapt and modify any standard processes that are available within NBK-KSA.
Manage Technical project scope.
Manage and report progress.
Be accountable for quality of IT Deliverables
Lead the end-to-end delivery of various technology projects, including scope planning, resource planning, delivery milestones and cost budgeting
Ensure technology projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, whilst focusing on quality of outcomes
Build and maintain achievable delivery plans by coordinating internal teams and external suppliers
Actively manage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigations are in place.
Maintain clear and effective communication with relevant stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations
Ensure smooth transition of project outcomes into a stead state support arrangement, including adoption into centralized IT support processes.
Continually look for ways to improve the ways of working and support implementation of changes.

Qualification & Experience:

B.Sc. In Computer Science or equivalent.
Experienced in Project Management of Technology related projects.
PMP Certification is a must.

Competencies:

Experience delivering data and software products and services.
Experience working with third party suppliers.
Ability to effectively deal with different stakeholders, complex environments and achieve desired outcomes.
Attention to detail and the ability to work as a team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Planning and organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
Thrives in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
The ability to be able to build relationships in the business, be self-directed and able to use their own initiative to progress tasks/activities balanced with knowing when to seek advice.
