Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the way! This role is pivotal in shaping the club’s future, overseeing the construction of new facilities and the expansion of existing infrastructure to meet the growing ambitions of our team, fans, and community. As part of Al-Qadsiah, you won’t just be managing construction projects—you’ll be building a legacy. You will take charge of large-scale developments, ensuring that every project aligns with the club’s strategic vision, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Development

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to finalize project specifications.
Construction Management
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
Expansion Projects
  • Plan and manage expansion projects for existing facilities.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing club activities during expansion works.
  • Implement best practices for sustainable and efficient use of resources.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
Budget Management
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and financial reporting.
  • Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Report regularly on project financial status to senior management.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Maintain regular communication with the director of operations and other senior management.
  • Provide detailed project updates, including progress reports, milestone achievements, and any issues encountered.
  • Address and resolve any stakeholder concerns promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for team development.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, specifically in construction and facility expansion projects.
  • Experience working in the sports or recreational facilities sector is preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP).
  • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification.
