An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group. About the Role: The Regional Quality Coordinator will maintain quality systems in the regions, implementing quality procedures, training, auditing, reporting, reviewing, recommending corrective actions, following up, updating procedures and SQA forms. To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the food manufacturing industry.
  3. Experience in the poultry industry will be preferred.
  4. Ability to conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities and processes.
  5. Experience in investigating and resolving quality issues and customer complaints.
  6. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSMA).
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
