Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Marketing Executive . The primary responsibilities include sourcing properties for sale, implementing marketing strategies, and managing leads to drive successful property transactions. This role offers flexibility with a work-from-home setup and additional performance-based incentives upon achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).Key Responsibilities:
- Property Sourcing: Identify and acquire property listings for sale through networking, direct outreach, and market research.
- Property Listing: Organize and maintain up-to-date property listings across various platforms.
- Cold Calling: Conduct outreach to potential clients and property owners to generate leads and listings.
- Lead Management: Engage potential buyers and investors, nurture leads, and facilitate successful transactions.
- Marketing & Promotions: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and social media strategies, to enhance property visibility.
- Creation of Marketing Material: Design and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and online content to attract buyers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and potential buyers.
- Market Research: Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and demand to provide valuable insights.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality and comfortable with making cold calls.
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Organised and KPI-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant studies in real estate, marketing, or business will be an added bonus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks efficiently.
