As a Manager Strategy and Planning, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to sales and other business teams by supporting the development and implementation of a Sales Excellence Plan. Additionally, you will assist in the formulation of frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure continuous business improvement and business success. You will also lead end-to-end monitoring and reporting of sales and other team performances and provide functional support where necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis and Insights:

Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Help stakeholders make the right commercial decisions at the right time.

Performance Improvement:

Work closely with sales leadership to improve the performance of the sales staff.
Provide systems and data-related coaching for better utilization of tech resources.
Share Training Need Requirements with the training department for performance improvement.

Requirements Gathering for Tech Products:

Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Oversee system deployments and conduct system testing.

Strategic Planning:

Set targets and conduct commercial planning for the sales department.
Influence stakeholders to support business projects.
Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.

Reporting and Visualization:

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

BS(Hons) degree required.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in data analysis, sales effectiveness, and commercial.

Knowledge:

Preferably an understanding of digital marketplaces and how they operate.
Familiarity with sales operations and experience in implementation of cross-functional projects.

Skills:

Data Analytics, Performance Dashboards, Project Management.
