ROLE PURPOSE To plan, develop and execute automated tests using test automation tools, then analyze and report test automation results contributing to the ELMs product quality and quality process, according to the policies and procedures followed within ELM. Key Accountabilities & Activities This section describes the principal outputs required from the job. Key Accountabilities Key Activities

  1. Daily Operations
  2. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
  3. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  4. Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
  5. Test Automation
  6. Develop, implement, and configure test automation strategy and infrastructure
  7. Plan, develop, execute, and continuously maintain test automation scripts
  8. Analyse testing results and provide adequate information that help improving product quality and QA process
  9. Integrate test automation suits with QA test management suits to report and analyse test automation results
  10. Participate effectively in estimation, planning, and quality risk analysis of projects
  11. Work with QA team and testing team through all phases of product development including requirements, architecture, design, implementation, validation, release, and maintenance for the purpose of delivering a high quality product
  12. Collaboration
  13. Work closely with Business and Development teams and architect and team lead to build and deliver solutions to production
  14. Work with project Technical Leads to identify critical/new components for early performance profiling or load testing and for database design and portal design and will be working with team lead for the design decisions
JOB SPECIFICATIONS Academic And Professional Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Related field
  2. Any software testing and QA training is preferable
Years And Nature Of Experience
  1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in Manual/Automation testing experience in Agile environment
