We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with solid experience in the Amusement and Entertainment Sector, to join us in our latest Saudi project. Role: Maintenance Manager Full Time, permanent. Main purpose: Lead and manage the maintenance team of a seasonal Amusement Park. Repair and maintain all rides and rollercoasters in the park, supervise and guide a team of approximately 35 engineers and technicians. Salary & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Recover ride malfunctions
  • Supervise preventative maintenance and repair of the iRide
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all issues, resolutions, and maintenance
  • Maintain and communicate proper inventory levels for all parts and consumables to the Technical Director
  • Maintain excellent working relationships internally and with suppliers
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues that affect wave quality and performance in a timely manner. Ensure the work is performed correctly and follows all approved procedures
  • Communicate accurately and in a timely manner, matters which pertain to the operational status/readiness of the rides
  • Assist in the development and implementation of processes which enhance system efficiencies and increase ride availability.
  • Technical competence, the ability to read and understand detailed instructions, blueprints, flowcharts, schematics and engineering documents, and pass all compliance necessary for technical and safety training
  • Knowledge of control and repair of circuits and motors
  • Sharp troubleshooting skills and comfort working alone or as part of a team
  • Ability to evaluate the scope of a job, determine the parts/materials needed
  • Expertise using common hand tools, meters, gauges and other associated test and measurement equipment, as well as ability to measure current, voltage and amperage
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems, audio/public address systems, theatrical lighting fixtures, video projectors and wireless networks
  • Reliable, punctual behaviour and the flexibility to work at night as well as on weekends/holidays
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with Amusement Ride Safety Regulations and Standards
  • Monitor and control the quality of work in technical fields such as electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
  • Conduct periodic aesthetic inspections (painting, decals, signs, flags, lights, and other decorative elements), identifying deficiencies to plan improvements and execute corrective actions
  • Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS- Opera) for planning, scheduling, and prioritizing work
  • Audit the Ride Maintenance team’s CMMS daily entries to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Experience required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Mechanical or Engineering Field
  • Must have 10 years of prior experience in amusement parks / rides & rollercoasters
  • Must have 10 years of supervisor / management experience.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License
