Job details

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
  2. Technical Office specialization and relevant engineering experience
  3. Certification as required
  4. Related work experience in Architectural Engineering and Shop Drawings Work, Technical Documentation, Planning and Control
  5. 10+ years of experience in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, with at least 4 years as Architectural department head or as Architectural Technical Manager in Engineering offices or within Engineering departments of Major Contractors
Skills and Competencies:
  1. Ability to persuade others about Objectives
  2. Good managing people skills
  3. Ability to effectively plan
  4. Work under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Detail-oriented
  6. Verbal and written communication skills
  7. Excellent and professional knowledge of Architectural Planning and Detailing, especially for Buildings
  8. Excellent and professional experience in Architectural codes, standards, references, and software (such as Autodesk, AutoCAD, REVIT, and others)
  9. Understanding of Engineering and shop drawings processes
  10. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
