Employment Type: Full Time Salary: depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation & transportation Benefits: as per KSA labor law Job Location: Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA About the Client: A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East. Job Description:- Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.)
- Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc.
- Conduct quantity take off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities.
- Supervise sites and make sure to comply with safety regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a site supervisor; home country experience is acceptable.
- Willing to travel within region to visit sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Preferably with driver’s license.
