Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Sales Manager on his daily activities.
  2. Coordinate with the Sales Team by managing schedules, filling important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  3. Prepare various requests to ensure that adequate sales-related equipment or materials are available.
  4. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Assist the sales team in the preparation of various reports and requirements.
  6. Perform delivery activities such as preparation of delivery notes, packing lists, gate passes, invoicing, and other prerequisites as required by customer/job site prior and after shipment of products under its business portfolio.
  7. Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules.
  8. Prepare Quality Objectives Analysis under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
  9. Ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001 and EMS 14001 are being implemented and maintained.
Skills
  1. Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Coordinator or in a similar field of work.
  2. Proficient in English language and computer literate.
  3. Diploma holder only.
  4. Willing to join ASAP.
