Position Title: Site Supervisor – KSA Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5K SAR depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: accommodation, transportation Job Location: Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA About the Client: A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in the Middle East. Job Description:

  1. Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.)
  2. Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc.
  3. Conduct quantity take off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities.
  4. Supervise sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  1. Open to Indian and Pakistani nationalities
  2. Male, 40 years old and below
  3. At least 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor
  4. Proficient in AutoCAD and site measurements for interior and fit-out
  5. Willing to travel within the region to visit sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, etc.)
  6. Preferably with KSA driving license
