6-month initial contract – with extensions Arabic speakers required I am looking for an HRIS Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end system implementation process, ensuring seamless deployment and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in system implementation, project management, and vendor evaluation , particularly within SMEs in KSA . Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify high-level HRIS business requirements by understanding organizational needs.
  2. Engage with HRIS vendors , assess their offerings, and conduct formal vendor qualification.
  3. Define detailed system requirements and collaborate with vendors to develop a standardized HRIS (Golden Template) .
  4. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and train-the-trainer (TTT) programs to ensure smooth adoption.
  5. Lead HRIS deployment, pilot implementation, and go-live processes in a controlled SME environment.
  6. Provide post-implementation support to ensure system stability and user adoption.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in system implementation and deployment strategies , preferably in HRIS.
  2. Strong vendor management and project coordination skills.
  3. Experience with business process mapping and system lifecycle management .
  4. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive system optimization.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
