Vacaturebeschrijving Als HR Assistent bij het Ibis Styles Rotterdam Ahoy houd jij je bezig met verschillende taken aangaande het personeel, vooral aan de kant van soft HRM en de administratieve HR processen. Soft HRM bestaat o.a. uit HR-zaken zoals het onboarden van nieuwe collega's, organiseren van opleidingen en trainingen, opvolgen van prestaties, welzijn op het werk en andere aspecten. De ondersteunende en administratieve taken kunnen o.a. betrekking hebben op sollicitatieprocedures, het bijhouden van verzuim en het opvolgen en bijwerken van de personeelsdossiers. Wat bieden wij?
