At Taameer, we are dedicated to providing exceptional real estate services to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service. Job Description: The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for:

Identifying and generating new leads through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, online platforms).
Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
Conducting property viewings and meetings with clients, ensuring they are informed about market trends and property options.
Negotiating offers and facilitating contract signing, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Keeping up-to-date with market trends and local real estate laws.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to team success.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
Proficient in using real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid real estate license (where required).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of motivation, self-confidence, and a desire to achieve results.
