Job Responsibilities

  1. Provides day-to-day administrative support, including HR correspondence and processing of invoices.
  2. Coordinates with employees for the raising of LPO.
  3. Processes payroll for all employees.
  4. Reviews and monitors forms completed by new hires and ensures correct postings in the HR database.
  5. Tracks and maintains files of candidates, ensuring that the filing system is organized, maintained, and up-to-date.
  6. Deals with and prepares routine correspondence for the Director of Human Resources.
  7. In charge of entering all order requests on the JANA system.
  8. Prepares no objection letters for employees that are to be released by the hotel.
  9. Manages the HR stationary, including collection of requested items from the receiving area and ensuring they match the department's purchase requests.
  10. Fully in charge of the department’s stationary supplies, keeping cost-effectiveness in mind.
