Location: Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi | Full-time Do you have a strong background in tele-sales and/or customer service? Are you great at building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences for clients? If so, PSI Abu Dhabi wants YOU on our team!

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Fluent in English & Arabic (both spoken and written).
  2. Experience in tele-sales / customer service.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software to manage client interactions is a must.
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Connect with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Maintain up-to-date client data and track interactions using CRM software.
  4. Ensure smooth communication between clients and our teams, following up as needed.
