Architectural BIM Modeler - Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BIM models for interior design projects using Revit ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with the design team to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP elements into the BIM model.
• Apply a strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes to create realistic and comprehensive BIM representations.
• Contribute to the development of design concepts and provide BIM support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit software utilizing its features for modeling, documentation, and coordination.
• Stay updated on the latest Revit tools and techniques to enhance modeling efficiency.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of design elements.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings providing BIM expertise and insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Architectural BIM modeling with a focus on Interior Design projects in the GCC.
• Strong proficiency in Revit with a demonstrated ability to create complex BIM models for interior spaces.
• In-depth understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey BIM-related information.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering Interior Design projects within the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
