Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed BIM models for interior design projects using Revit ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP elements into the BIM model.
- Apply a strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes to create realistic and comprehensive BIM representations.
- Contribute to the development of design concepts and provide BIM support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit software utilizing its features for modeling, documentation, and coordination.
- Stay updated on the latest Revit tools and techniques to enhance modeling efficiency.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of design elements.
- Participate in design and coordination meetings providing BIM expertise and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Architectural BIM modeling with a focus on Interior Design projects in the GCC.
- Strong proficiency in Revit with a demonstrated ability to create complex BIM models for interior spaces.
- In-depth understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey BIM-related information.
- Proven experience in successfully delivering Interior Design projects within the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
