Regional Creator Marketing Manager
Job details
Strategy: Develop and own the strategic framework for Creator Marketing in the region, adapting global strategies to local business objectives. Ensure all Creator activities align with broader business goals and contribute to brand love. Relationship & Collaboration: Support, maintain, and manage an impactful, relevant, and brand-fitting Creator roster with a focus on strong and trustful relationships. Help set up extraordinary Creator experiences as well as integrations into relevant and fitting playgrounds, projects, events, formats, and ideas. Constantly pitch new talents to expand the pool of creators across platforms and stay up to date on all trends and developments in the industry. Support various business units (e.g., Sports, Culture, Brand) by integrating Creators into existing and new Events and Projects whenever reasonable. Plan, execute, and report on creator-led projects ensuring they meet objectives, support Creators' ambitions, and ultimately add value to both Red Bull and the Creators. Maintain a strong focus on ongoing and credible product integration into the everyday life and content of Creators. Ensure that all content created by or with Creators aligns with guidelines and maintains authenticity. Tools and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of the full program. Continuously refine reporting and processes to measure the effectiveness of Creator activations and share insights & learnings with the broader team (including HQ). Qualifications: 3 years experience working professionally within the Creators/Social Media Influencers industry or related businesses, media, and event production. Good knowledge of the Creator Marketing scene and a great feeling for content and trends. Strong communication skills and loves to be connected and surrounded by people. A history of working with creators, contracts, and content creation. Clear understanding of the entertainment creators industry. Strong project management skills (team of specialists, leading external agencies, production companies, freelancers, etc.), presentation, and motivational skills. Creative and innovative mindset, open to new things. A strong ability to write, present, and articulate ideas clearly. Team player, creative, communicative, sociable, informative, open-minded, ingenious, relaxed, genuine networker, innovative, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude focused on delivering results.
